How do I…Close a Read-Only Chart

After a certain period of time, unsigned charts become read only and you can only edit them on designated computers. You need all your charts signed to graduate.

Go to Medical Records. Wayne 6th Floor. They will take pity on you and show you how to sign and close the chart.
