You can’t. We wish you could, but you can’t. You just have to use the website (www.mail.montefiore.org).

1. Maas 360 is the official app that allows you to access Monte email via outlook on your phone. It is a bad bad app that many people have reported screwing up their phones.

2. Monte email is HIPPA compliant, allowing you to write emails with patient names and MRN’s and other protected information. If you use a 3rd party app to access your email, you’re now sharing HIPPA protected information (and your sensitive log-in credentials) with a non-HIPPA compliant company. That’s very bad.
